* Another huge cosmic disco act, the ‘follower’ of HERMAN’S ROCKET (1977); arranged by Bernard Torelli, produced by Patrick Barbero and Jean-Pierre Massiera. The band is: JPM, Bernard Torelli, Patrick Barbero, Jessy Joyce, Micky Figliolini and probably Bob (Robert) Damiano (who released with JPM 3 singles in 1975-76 (as BOB'ART and BOB CANNETON)). Patrick Barbero also took part in Massiera's ANNE-MARIE GOMEZ (1977), MARC-DAVID HAMMER (1977), HERMAN'S ROCKET (1977), HUMAN EGG (1978), LA FAMIGLIA (1978), PAUL AND VIRGINIA (1978), BRASA BRAZIL & HELENA (1979). ‘Cosmic Daddy’ is reworked version of ‘Space Woman’ from HERMAN’S ROCKET. ‘Telstar’ is cover of Joe Meek & ‘Tornados’ hit from 1962. The ‘Musicon’ label release has extra (the first) track ‘Dies Irae (Disco Version)’ and different order of other tracks. The track ‘Dies Irae’ also appears in different versions on other JPM’s acts (VISITORS LP, 1974; BARBED WIRE single, 1980; CANNES’87 single, 1987).
