ReplyDeleteCuriosa la discografía oficial de esta "femme fatale" que grabó primero con la orquesta de Tito Puente, más tarde con la orquesta de Sid Ramin y finalmente con la orquesta del que fué su marido Xavier Cugat, de origen catalán. La última etapa "Disco" resulta especialmente curiosa, pero claro! era la moda de la época...! Tengo curiosidad por dos covers "Over The Rainbow" y "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" que conocemos por las versiones respectivas de la incombustible Judy Garland ("The Wizard of Oz" 1938) y de Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell con este tema del genial dúo de compositores Ashford & Simpson. Toda una garantía. Ahora falta saber cómo suenan esas versiones... Estaremos atentos al password. Muchas gracias!
